Of course, Newsweek wouldn't cast aspersions on their boy by suggesting that he's mentally incapable.
Also, you don't know your calendar very well. The "Fall of 2020", when Biden supposedly agreed to the debates, occurred
after August 2020 which was when PJ Media wrote the article!
