The problem is back again (then again it never went away but just stopped happening as often) and when you call tech support and ask them if they are aware of the problem, they say no and proceed to ask you for every form of identification about your account before they can proceed to give NO ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM.
Once again, the customers of racing get shit on and we are suppose to take it. I am beginning to hope this business goes under because of their HISTORY OF LONG TERM STUPIDITY AND TREATING THE CUSTOMER LIKE GARBAGE. Sadly, I am part of the demographic they should be trying to attract but even I am aware of the past history and getting tired of being shit on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess it is time for me to try DRF for my online wagering. I can only guess as to how they will treat me like garbage.
