Just heard on Fox that Ahmaud Arbery was shot...

Just heard on Fox that Ahmaud Arbery was shot prior to his attack on the younger McMichael. If that is true, 1st degree murder is on the table, they can kiss the baby.

I'm not blaming him, just stating that he played a part in the altercation by attacking the armed son. Unless you can show they followed the runner with the intent to shoot him.

Does the fact that he attacked the guy with the gun mitigate anything? I'm thinking they will have a hard time getting a 1st degree murder conviction.
