Technically, yes. But a prosecutor will normally only do so if new evidence presents itself. As far as I know, this is the first time a Grand Jury is hearing this case.

Neither you, nor Tucker, nor I knows specifically what the charges are going to be. Even if they are precisely what the FEC didn’t take action on, it is possible Bragg has evidence they did not have....
