I think the point system doesn't affect fillies as much as it does out of place sprinters like Trinniberg compromising the pace of the race.

Horseplayers, yes. The betting public, maybe not. Based on speed figures, Verrazano should be somewhere around 8-1. Since he's undefeated and coming off a win in the Wood, probably 3-1 or less.

He looked like he was done in deep stretch (could've just been the camera angle) and then fought back to win. More impressed with Revolutionary than I was with Orb, although Orb was great too.
