Dirt to Turf Speed

Hi All,

In general how does dirt sprint speed transfer over to turf sprint speed? See race 3 from Tampa today, won by No Mercy Percy.

Horse had only run on Dirt and posted works only on Dirt...

Definitely downloaded version 10. To be fair I was messing around with folder permissions as well so perhaps one of those changes made it work at the same time I made the temphandi folder suggested....
