I don't know if you've ever been to Morven Park but there is no way that place can have flat races. They would have to dig up a ton of dirt to make a flat racing surface. This is not going to happen.

No, in the winter sometimes the track is so deep it benefits closers, sometimes it benefits early speed. Most of the time through out the year CT is a early speed track.
