Does anyone know of a website that utilizes a numerical workout factor for each horse in a race? Something like:

(in post position order)

1. 92.5

I personally think that breeding plays a significant role as well, especially in 2 yr old races and turf. I also feel that "bred for the distance" is often overlooked.
