It does appear that you have to "box" many 10 cent supers as well, in order for them to go through....While the min wager amount appears as 10 cents, that's only for boxed wagers.

It seems to be policy with most ADW's that if the tote doesn't merge with the pools at the track that the wagers all get refunded....

It is kind of crazy though...you'd think in this day and age...

TVG, Youbet and BetAmerica still seem to be processing CC's fine. TVG seemed to have a problem for a couple days, but are processing normally again....I imagine that there are some compliance hoops...
