The only two that come to mind for having that kind of tenure as a race caller are Ross Morton and Jack Riggs.

Thistledown and all the Chicago tracks were notorious for terrible camera angles at the wire.

The worst one was Maywood Park up to about 10 years ago. I don't think anyone will trump that one...
