Racing Luck

In Chess and Go there is no outside influence called racing luck. Like the jockey finds out before the race, that his wife is cheating on him with the ugliest groom on the track.:confused:

Good handicapping or a good program can give you a good estimate of a horse's chances, theoretically. What happens during the race is another story altogether.

I am a Twinspires customer since they too over Youbet. At least 20 years. You can not get the tote or exotic board into Excel.
