If you see it blows out the page, you can quickly edit the post, find the image link, highlight the full link, then press the button all the way on the right...

you need to save your screen capture as an image...

you need to save your screen capture as an image file and then attach it to the message using the "Attach Files" / "Manage Attachments" button below the editing window
