If SA and the other CA tracks closed, the hope would be that a lot of the CA handle shifted to BEL, SAR, AQU, KEE, CD, OP etc.....

IMO, if more owners were doing well, the demand for horses would rise....

For me, that's an issue with all handicapping...

For me, that's an issue with all handicapping done on computer. You can't get multiple horses in your field of vision for easy comparisons. So I don't notice subtle but sometimes important things...
