This is a bit hairy, but here it goes
A rodeo rider named Bert Baze, had four sons: Earl, Carl, Joe, and Kenny. While all were horsemen, Joe and Carl are of interest here. The Earl descended from Bert is not the same Earl who is the father of Tyler--that Earl is one generation down.
Joe is the father of Russel and Dale (who still rides). Carl is the father of Earl (named for his uncle), Gary, and Mike (a rider in the Northwest in the 1970's).
Mike is the father of Michael, and Earl is the father of Tyler.
Therefore, to answer your question (and include Dale and Mike (Sr.) Baze):
Carl is the father of Mike, uncle of Dale and Russel, and the grandfather of Tyler and Michael.
Gary is the son of Carl, the brother of Mike, the cousin of Dale and Russel, and the uncle of Tyler and Michael.
Mike is the son of Carl, the brother of Gary, the cousin of Dale and Russel, and the father of Michael.
Russel is the nephew of Carl, the brother of Dale, the cousin of Mike, and the second cousin of Tyler and Michael.
Dale is the nephew of Carl, the brother of Russel, the cousin of Mike, and the second cousin of Tyler and Michael.
Tyler is the grandson of Carl, the nephew of Mike, the second cousin of Russel and Dale, and the cousin of Michael (and the son of Earl).
Michael is the grandson of Carl, the son of Mike, the cousin of Tyler, and the second cousin of Dale and Russel.
Oh, and Gary Stevens used to be Tyler's uncle, by marriage to Toni Baze, who is Gary Baze's sister. That would make Toni Baze Carl's daughter; Earl, Gary and Mike's sister; Tyler and Michael's aunt; and Dale and Russel's cousin. The marriage would have made Gary Stevens Carl's son-in-law; Gary, Earl, and Mike's brother in law; Tyler and Michael's uncle; and no relation that I know of to Dale or Russel.
In the above, instead of "second cousin" the appropriate term might be "first cousin once removed".
Please feel free to correct as you please.
