A recording came from the RV announcing the explosion would be in 15 minutes. That's how the Cop learned of the bomb.
It's early but seems like there will be something more to come of this. Bomber appears to have a message and plan for later IMO

Seems strange to me. Bomb in a business area, explodes at a time where it was likely to have very few people in the area. Does not seem to be about killing people, except maybe law enforcement.
Sort of waiting for politics to be introduced....

The AT&T building there, is a hub. It knocked out 911 communications for most of Middle Tennessee and parts of Kentucky. That might have been their target. We've gotten several automated calls today, telling us other numbers to call in case of emergency. |
