Deceptive headline

Dave Schwartz 03-31-2021 10:47 AM

Democrats didn't like Trump.

Gee, what a surprise.

Marshall Bennett 03-31-2021 12:36 PM

The Times and Post are so full of shit. They conjure up lies and print just about anything. They've even been called out (caught lying) numerous times and had to issue at least a hundred apologies just since 2015. They've fired numerous reporters for reporting horrendous bullshit lies. Their political content is worse than a comic book.

PaceAdvantage 03-31-2021 12:39 PM

They all are advancing an agenda. No more. No less.

That's all they are these days. Propaganda machines for the far-left and the party of Democrats.

Only 41% thought he was a terrible President?

Definitely fake news.

There was a survey taken last November. 81,000,000 people said Trump was a terrible president. Is that a big enough sample size for you?

you mean 81 million counted votes, not the same thing

and only roughly 1/3rd approve of his handling of the southern border freeway he made

Trump's job approval rating when he left office was 34% according to Gallup poll. Historically, all incumbents with an approval rating of 50% or higher have won reelection, and presidents with approval ratings much lower than 50% have lost. G.H.W. Bush and Carter fell into that category and lost as well.

Trump is the only president not to register a 50% job approval rating at any point in his presidency since Gallup began measuring presidential job approval in 1938.

I think I'm just gonna let Ralph run the website from now on...:pound::pound:

Not until the past few years have poll numbers been rigged to fit the far-left agenda. Nearly all opinion polls. Just like the numbers in polls leading up to the 2020 election. Fake polls had Trump down as much as 14 pts. in Wisconsin. He nearly won the state even with all the fraud inflicted by leftist crooks.
You people see and swallow everything the phony fishermen throw at you. Trump put up incredible numbers with the economy in 4 years. He accomplished things no other 1 term president ever came close with. He's not the evil asshole that deliberately unleashed covid-19 on the world. You're the people with dirty hands...with almost everything you touch.
So now you actually expect us to buy bullshit suggesting Trump was the worst president ever. You're all fkn crazy...for real!!

46zilzal 03-31-2021 06:19 PM

polls are very prone to sample error...Recall Dewey over Truman?

Anyone recall the statistical truth called the Theory of Large Numbers

and who can forget Clinton over Trump?

JustRalph 03-31-2021 11:03 PM

I was actually referring to the headline.

There is about 5 ways you could have written a headline for the piece. You could have expounded on the 17% who said Trump was a great Prez out of the 35% who said he was good.

But nope......you had to go the harshest way possible.

I also think you could of went with “59% do not believe Trump was a terrible Prez”
