Back off, vultures......RBG is in fine fettle

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg shows off her workout routine to
Stephen Colbert. In excellent health, perhaps the vultures circling to replace
her with a conservative can head back to their perches - until at least 2020!
:lol::lol::lol:

It is not her physical health that is highly questionable.

Good for her.

You may not agree with her all the time (or ever) but she has dedicated her life to the continuity of this country and deserves respect.

Very fair and dependable. She falls asleep during court sessions.

I disagree. She has dedicated her life to making this country into a European Socialist Democracy, and is either dishonest or ignorant in her use of the law to achieve that goal.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is anti U.S. Constitution

"As Egyptian officials prepare to send to trial 19 American democracy and rights workers, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited Cairo last week where she suggested Egyptian revolutionaries not use the U.S. Constitution as a model in the post-Arab Spring."

Ruthie's life on the silver screen!

Filmed in Canada, I thought New Zealand would be a better place.:)

Yup, that sounds like ol' Ruthie. :coffee:

I think she pulled the same crap when South Africa (going from memory) was drafting its constitution. She told them the same thing.

Globalists and Socialists (and she's both!) despise the principles upon which this country was founded.

Bader has long held the position that we should use the laws and judicial findings of other countries in "interpreting" our Constitution.

If there are problems with the Constitution, the proper way to correct them is through amendment, not through 5 out of 9 judges in Washington deciding that the Europeans have a better way.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the Supreme Court embraced the practice of consulting foreign legal decisions on Friday, rejecting the argument from conservatives that United States law should not take international thinking into account.

...Justice Ginsberg said the United States system should, if anything, consider international law more often.

"Judges in the United States are free to consult all manner of commentary," she said in a speech to several hundred lawyers and scholars here Friday.

You never know when a healthy person may go on a hunting trip, have a heart attack and turned into ashes...

Did she forget her pledge to move to New Zealand?

I wonder if we could persuade her if we offered to buy her a one-way ticket to her desired paradise.

I never considered her to be a real American.
And I never had an ounce respect for her or her elk.

Did anyone ever tell her that we left England and have our own laws?

Did she ever even read the constitution.

I'm sure she considers it a quaint relic of a naive American historical era before the country became enlightened. That would be about the time of the Wilson administration.
