Stimulus checks

A check for $1200 last April, one for $600 in January, possibly another for $1400 this month or next. A total of $3200. And my wife gets an equal amount. Could this be the beginning of Universal Basic Income?

Geesh, Tom...why do you have to always be such a pessimistic curmudgeon and douse all good dimwit news with ice cold water? Why can't you at least be thankful that we'll still have milk to pour into our cereal bowl, no matter the cost?

They sent $14,000.00 to me last year, I could have reapplied but chose not to.
$2000.00 a month.
