The First Amendment starts with these words,
Congress shall make no law
There is not a single word in that amendment about Twitter and whether they can control content on their privately owned website. If you send a letter to the editor of your local newspaper, whether it is published is up to that newspaper. You can't put a campaign poster in the window of a local business without the permission of the owner of that business.
If Twitter chooses to use advice or information from the FBI, from a political campaign, or even from a government official to determine the truthfulness or appropriateness of any post, that is Twitter's right. The problem only comes if the government forces or intimidates Twitter into complying.
