No they will only be available at at grand jury

PaceAdvantage 02-22-2021 11:19 AM

Who cares.

a) he's not POTUS anymore

b) if he committed tax fraud, the IRS will handle prosecution...and the IRS has had a ton of time to prosecute...and since they haven't, I assume he has not committed tax fraud

Anything else is just another witch hunt in the NEVER ENDING ORANGE MAN OBSESSION

46zilzal 02-22-2021 11:20 AM

Crooks need to be accountable for their crimes

If he committed a tax crime, the IRS would have prosecuted him years/decades ago....

THE IRS HAS HAD HIS RETURNS ALL THIS TIME

NEW YORK STATE HAS HAD HIS RETURNS ALL THIS TIME

WHY HASN'T EITHER ENTITY EVER SENT HIM TO JAIL?

Oh, I know...because they haven't found evidence of tax fraud to date?

You're giving the IRS too much credit

https://apnews.com/article/donald-tr...5894377d04eb1f

So you have:

https://www.irs.gov/compliance/crimi...-are-initiated

Quote:

Criminal Investigations can be initiated from information obtained from within the IRS when a revenue agent (auditor) or revenue officer (collection) detects possible fraud. Information is also routinely received from the public as well as from ongoing investigations underway by other law enforcement agencies or by United States Attorneys offices across the country.
Which is exactly what we're seeing now in NY

Since the IRS is so incompetent, it makes sense to get rid of that agency and implement a new tax system. :coffee:

He will eventually have an equal treatment/protection argument

Like the Bidens and their "pay for influence" crime business in the Ukraine, Russia, and China?

I wonder how much tax they’ve paid on that income.

Nonsense. A grand jury cannot be expected to review complex tax returns and come to a conclusion whether or not a crime may have been committed. The returns need to be analyzed by many potential leakers in the prosecutor's office.

The over/under on leaking is 3 weeks from submission.
