The feds would love to take Billy Walters down.

The three-time Masters Champion made almost $1 million from the 2012 trading, according to a complaint Thursday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With the CEO of Dean Foods on one end of the transaction and Phil the friend on the other end of the transaction, the Feds have Walters in a real squeeze play. I don't think he escapes this one, as it appears they are both singing loud and clear on this one.
