Mike Carter fills in at GSW

Pete is away on vacation and some dude name Mike Carter is filling in for him apparently. Not too sure who this guy is and where he came from :confused:

Mike's a harness guy who worked at Buffalo raceway for a while. I think he also calls sometimes at Northfield and also does a weekly harness radio show with Mike Bozich called "Post Time with Mike and Mike".
