Lifetime PP's

Is there a free way of getting lifetime PP's of retired Grade 1 Stakes Winners?

Probably the closest you will get for free is to search Equibase and click on results for the horse, you can pull up every chart for each race the horse ran in.

Very rare, but sometimes a Haily Mary Google search this way can yield results:

'[Horse Name] past performances PDF'

For example:

Affirmed :http://static.drf.com/PPs/triple-cro...s/Affirmed.pdf

Seattle Slew: http://static.drf.com/PPs/triple-cro...eattleSlew.pdf

Also, check the major stallion farms--where there is often a wealth of info and who once in a while provide lifetime PPs, too:

For example, Lane's End Farm (www.lanesend.com)

Accelerate: https://lanesend.com/sites/default/f...lerate-PPs.pdf

City of Light: https://lanesend.com/sites/default/f...ht_DRF_pps.pdf

Honor Code: https://lanesend.com/sites/default/f...Honor-Code.pdf

Lemon Drop Kid: https://lanesend.com/sites/default/f...n-Drop-Kid.pdf

Here's the link for Triple Crown winners (wrong one above).

In the old Dan Illman columns at DRF he frequently posted LT PPs for many horses.

You could branch off what CJ said and I would add to print off the charts and then cut out the horses chart line and then on a excel spreadsheet and add the following:
date
track
race#er
distance
class
Jockey(on individual chart line
trainer
owner
odds( on individual chart line)
race time of race at each call
weight
Lasix/Bute
Breeding Info
Payout

https://bit.ly/2XJkq4o
For example even though he is not retired an good idea of Bricks and mortar Breeders Cup Turf win you can cut the line out and paste it onto a piece of paper with adding the following to your excel spreadsheet:
Nov 2nd 2019
Santa Anita
11
1 1/2 Turf
G1 or G1 Breeders Cup Turf
Irad Ortiz Jr
Chad Brown
Klaravich Stables Inc and William H Lawrence
1-1 or 1
24.81 48.44 113.26 137.91 201.35 FT: 224.73
126
L or Lasix
Sire: Giants Causeway Dam: Beyond the Waves DS: Ocean Crest
Breeder: George Strawbridge Jr
$4.00 $3.20 $2.40

Or just print the charts off and keep the charts in a binder to look for later if that is easier for you

Lot's of work but like what CJ said that is the closest you can get to FREE!
Hopefully that can help but that is what I would suggest or just decide what info you would want to include! Good luck!

Interesting that Affirmed ran 13 races before the Kentucky Derby!

I didn't have speed figures at the time, but visually I have never seen a better filly. She had brilliant speed and stretched out to 12F.

I'm not even sure we saw her best. She would glide on the lead and then all of a sudden open up in a flash without even being asked for her best. When they draw off like that, go out well, and come back like they weren't even in a race, it's hard to know where the bottom was. Watch some of the replays on Youtube. She was freakishly good.

Unfortunately from what I could tell the links to those PPs were for the most part disabled.
