for those that may be interested. I produce two exacta boards. one contains the bet sizes for the formulated horse exacta combinations, the other all the remaining exacta combinations.

there are two plays for each board
the 1st is the win horse listed on the top of the board (a column bet), the 2nd list the win horse on the side of the board (a row bet)

Bottom line for 29 races

Halfway through comparing the previous 90 plus races to the new.
the new race results outperform the corresponding races by 150% for a 5% profit. winning 52% of the races.

the remaining "previous races" were profitable on their own. i think the new race results will benefit from that.

once I have completed the full comparison, i will investigate the bet size formula for the new race results. I may see an improvement.
