What is going on here is analogous to the abortion issue. Many states have laws on their books whereby they can charge and indict for murder anyone who by a criminal act of violence kills a fetus in the womb; yet at the same time murdering a fetus in the womb by an abortion process is a perfectly fine, upright, moral, righteous thing to do. :rolleyes:
