Free Mohawk Program Question

What are the two quarter times shown in the past performance lines? I assume the second one is the last quarter time, but what is the first one? The ‘How to Read the Program’ is unclear. Thanks!

The first is the quarter times for individual horses from the the half to the 3/4 times.

Added together its basically the last half half mile time for individual horses.
