No October surprise here

First the US intel agencies debunked the "deep state"

Then the long awaited Horowitz IG report did the same.

Then the Senate rethug lerd intel committee report confirmed Russia, Russia, Russia.

And now Barf goes bust with Durham

Barr tells Republicans Durham report won't be ready by election
https://www.axios.com/barr-durham-re...4de6da16b.html

Attorney General Bill Barr has begun telling top Republicans that the Justice Department’s sweeping review into the origins of the Russia investigation will not be released before the election, a senior White House official and a congressional aide briefed on the conversations tell Axios.

Why it matters: Republicans had long hoped the report, led by U.S. Attorney John Durham, would be a bombshell containing revelations about what they allege were serious abuses by the Obama administration and intelligence community probing for connections between President Trump and Russia.

Doesn't matter if report is released or not.

Enough people have been cucked by now that it doesn't matter what the report says.

Trump is sad. Should Bsrf also be sad?.

Trump gives Bill Barr ultimatum as he demands roundup of political enemies

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...e-b885971.html

During a live phone-in on Fox Business, Donald Trump complained again that not enough of his political enemies have been arrested – and said attorney general Bill Barr could find himself in “a sad situation” if he doesn’t start rounding them up.

The blunt warning comes after Mr Trump left Walter Reed Medical Centre and returned to Twitter with a blizzard of angry tweets and retweets, many of them calling for the indictment of Obama administration figures.
.................................................. ............

More importantly shouldn't the country be sad a sitting president called for prosecution of his political enemies? I knows "business as usual" in the the era of Trumplandia.

Shades of a third world banana republic
Shades of Richard Milhous Nixon.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

We are all cucked till 1/208/21.

Every nation in the World has "a deep state."
Every nation that has ever been in history has had "a deep state."
Any Civil Servant who is not acting in the interests of the State, but doing something counter-productive to the State's aims is part of "a deep state."

Are you naive enough to believe that Washington D.C. which votes 95% Democrat and is the major pool for Civil Servants doesn't have "Deep Staters?"

run out the clock

We will be investigating RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA Vol 2 2020 soon

correction yes

political enemies that did really really bad illegal things is a far cry from political enemies

So first the Deep State denies the existence of a Deep State.

Then the Deep State slows investigating itself to a crawl.

Is that any different from the way horsemen led alphabet groups have been handling racing's drug problem?

Deny there's a problem in the first place.

Do just enough investigating to make it look like they're trying.

Eating up more and more budget and becoming more and more bloated with each passing year.

Without doing a thing about the actual problem at all.

Exactly!

hcap's initial premise is wrong and his arguments go steadily downhill from there.

And as time goes by, it's looking more and more like Barr is working to run out the clock, thus showing whose side his true allegiance is on. Either he is supporting the deep state, or he is trying to "protect the institutions" because he believes they are too big to fail. It does not help that he has had longtime friendships with some of those connected to those very same institutions.

hcap = too shallow for deep state

No October surprise here

I think 2020 will still be a big surprise.

Two prominent politicians will die between now and the end of the year, with no predictions of what party.

So all these folks are in on the humongous cosmic sized conspiracy theory?

Alternative premise for the nothing-burger Donald and Barf have been trying to cook up.

Prosecutor quits Durham probe of Trump-Russia investigation over concern about political pressure, report says
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/09/11/pros...tigation-.html

Nora Dannehy, a top prosecutor in an ongoing probe into the origins of the investigation of President Donald Trump and Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, has quit.
The Hartford Courant reported that Nora Dannehy resigned from the probe by John Durham due to fears that political concerns were behind pressure to produce a report before work was completed.
Critics have said Attorney General William Barr is using Durham as a political weapon to discredit the prior probe by special counsel Robert Mueller into the Trump campaign and Russian election meddling.
.................................................. ...................................

She and Durham both respected career prosecutors had the professional integrity not to cave to A.G. Barf and his Bozo Donald, and their latest attempt to blow up the election.

A hell of a lot simpler than your cosmic scale convoluted conspiracy theory.
Amazing how the "evil deep state" popped into existence with the moron's inauguration.

hcap 10-10-2020 03:53 AM

Many used to be pre-Trump republicans have a different view of who is "cucking" who.

The Washington Post's long-time conservative columnist, Charles Krauthammer said of the belief in a Deep State:

I don’t believe in the Tooth Fairy, the Knights Templar, Bilderberg, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a vast right wing conspiracy, or, for that matter, a vast left wing conspiracy. Are there in the U.S. government individual bureaucrats that are Democratic holdovers that would love nothing more than to damage Trump? Yeah, of course there are. Is there a concealed web of conspirators, malevolent permanent hidden shadow government? Rubbish. And I would add that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone without the help of Ted Cruz’s father.

Rolling Stone magazine, which reported Krauthammer's comment, summarizes the Deep State concept this way: "Is there actually a deep state? If you mean entrenched bureaucracy, then of course there is. If you mean a government-wide conspiracy, then the answer is almost certainly no.

2,000 Former FBI And DOJ Officials Call On Barr To Resign
https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexand.../#723aa300171e

Almost 2,000 former FBI agents and Department of Justice officials wrote an open letter Monday calling for Attorney General William Barr to resign over his handling of the Michael Flynn case, after the Justice Department abruptly dropped criminal charges against President Trump’s former national security advisor last week, despite Flynn’s earlier guilty pleas.
