About the only "sex offenders" that don't re-offend are young adult males fishing in the 15-17 year old girl pond. While those girl's brains aren't fully developed their bodies are and many could pass for older. That is a frequent occurrence. The guys like this animal raping a 4 and 9 year old at 16 is a different story. His sick ass won't be cured with anything less than castration or death and will re-offend, and next time he may escalate and kill his victim.


I hope those poor girls have someone on the wrong side of the tracks that get justice for them. Maybe that was one of Corn Pop's great granddaughters.
