I mean, how bad is it when news reports have to mention the weight of the human waste that needs to be cleaned up off the streets? Really?

For all its problems, and its homeless population (of which there are many), I have yet to see human feces on the streets of Manhattan...well, maybe one time a few years ago...but that's it. :lol:
