It isn't just the cost of building the wall...controlling the illegal immigration problem requires more costly adjustments which haven't even been mentioned in this fierce debate. For one thing...there has to be an updating of all the business and governmental communication systems...which now instruct us..."for English, press 1...and for Spanish, press 2".
