The site is clunky and the customer service is awful. I tried to post up before the derby and was greeted with rude comments via late reply emails. Only good thing about betptc is the Tracks they carry.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I've bet with PTC before and I was always treated very well.

Been a while since I bet with them but when I did it was always great.

Can't beat Xpressbet

i actually had a great relationship with BETPTC when they had Ian with them. when he left i basically stopped doing to much business with them. with Ian i was able to call him and he would take care of any issues immediately. he gave me the highest possible rates that they could give and was very friendly towards me and my needs. to this day i still have an account with money in it. i have 4 others that i use on a daily basis though. Expressbet, TVGNyra and Twinspires. i go to whoever is giving me the best deal at the time.

but with all those places it still doesn't help to get me into the positive side of things. starting now i am cutting way back and will probably get dropped by a few of these places i have been working all day at this for a long time and the only thing i wind up with is a headache at the end of the day now with less money in my accounts.
