Minimum wages are meant to overpay minimum people.
Just because you have a job, horsey, doesn't mean you are contributing any value. Doesn't mean you are not essentially worthless.

Minimum wage jobs - stock boy after school, part time cashier, burger flipper, Walmart Greeter......not a one of them is WORTH a living wage. Minimum wage jobs are NOT real full time necessary jobs. PEople take them to make extra money, help out at home, got out of the house. If you want a wage that will pay the rent, you need to get a job where you actually contribute something of value.
