back half

I have noticed at Hawthorne a horse that is not competitive in its back half times gets swallowed up regularly almost regardless of early speed and overall speed rating. The best back half has produced some real nice prices there. I have not looked at it in detail for some of the other long stretch tracks.I was wondering how everyone uses back half times and if you guys think they are useful at all for most tracks?

Back.................???

Like all variables..............it is useful, but it cannot be a stand alone parameter.

It has to be used in conjunction with other variables like post position, driver, track condition, class....!

Thanks Sinner. To be honest, I never really used it much. But I'm telling anyone who plays Hawthorne to check it out.
