Does the asianracing board still exist?
 

I believe the url was asianracing.something. It'd be interesting to go through and read some olds posts, as there are a large number of references on PA to them, some by the late Alan Woods

No it has been shut down for some time now

woods owned that forum, and that's why it went so quiet after he died.....and then it died.

i wish i had saved half the stuff on there as it was great reading.

i reckon it's also how many of the people that were spread around the world would converse.
when woods wanted to converse with me, on a particular subject, they set up part of the forum where only me, him and others that worked with/for him could interact.
was easier than doing it via email, as he used to get pissed off when the email headings and subject matter didn't match!! :D

Ah bummer. Does seem like an unfortunate loss of unique knowledge. Going through the history on PA there are a lot of golden nuggets, I was hoping to do the same there
