a 2 year old filly to watch?

Baffert has a first time starter this afternoon, Under the Stars, by Pioneer ofthe Nile and a half to Bodemeister. Been working really well. Could be something.

Just curious, are all his horses subject to the enhanced Breeders Cup protocols or just the horses running in the BC.

I suppose all the cameras and such could catch shenanigans with non-BC horses too.
