BETUS.com

Anybody familiar with online betting site BETUS.com?
If so, how is it?

If you type in the URL you are taken to a Panamanian site, so it's obvious this is an off-shore bookmaker and not an ADW. Not a penny wagered goes back to the horsemen and horsewomen who put on the game.

With any off shore bookmaker you are wagering at your own risk as there is no guarantee you will be paid.

The same horsemen who use illegal substances in their horses?
The same horsemen who demand the racing secretaries write hyperspecific races to get soft fields?
The same horsemen who complain about 1-2 pounds in handicaps preventing competitive races?
The same horsemen who think they are entitled to get a return on their purchase pushing money into MSW's instead of higher level races that might draw outside visitors?
The same horsemen who demanded sky high commission rates on Betfair in NJ because of the aforementioned entitlement?
The same horsemen who push for the status quo in racing structure (i.e. claiming-allowance system) which is basically the only major racing jurisdiction to use.

Yea f them, OP should act just like the horsemen and lookout for themself.

Taking money out of the sport will only kill it faster. We'd be throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Thanks guys for your input I'd like to hear from anybody that has actually
done business with them.

Used them a while back...from what I remember they were ok. Betonline is to be avoided although they are one of the few offshore sites that offer pick 5s. Bovada is the easiest book to work with when you want to withdraw winnings...hope this helps

I live in Texas, so it is illegal to wager through an ADW. So, I don't wager money to go back to horsemen and horsewomen. From my perspective, not a lot different as long as I don't have much money in an account.

Sadly, Bovada won't take people from NV.

Another problem with offshore bookmakers is when you request a payout. Usually for withdrawl you end up getting a prepaid debit card with a balance loaded on it. No paper checks.
