Just another day at NYRA - muddy and off.

What does the weather have to do with only 5 horses entered in the first and 7 entered one scratch so 6 runners in the fourth.

I just want to know why we can't get bigger fields.

Race 4 :2: Golden Vale 4.90
Race 5 :4: Bon Raison 5.20
Race 6 :4: The Red Dude 4.80

Can't even get many MTO horse anymore.


The solution is obvious - find tracks that have full fields.
3-5 pays the same at Pen as it does at Belmont.

No one needs suffer bad race cards these days.

Just glanced at the results. Total of 34 horses ran in the P6 with EIGHT of them in the last race.

I know. But I like Belmont , I like going there it's my favorite track. I'm not going to go to bet 5 horse fields with a 3/5 and an even money shot in every race. They can't even get more than 6 horses for 100 grander. Now I look on the weekends only and don't go anymore. I just bet Gulf or woodbine mostly.
