Are there any ADW platforms that still have live phone operators?

Apparently NYRA Bets does not. What about Philly? Any others?

Twin Spires has them starting in the morning. They recommend communicating on line, which also is easy and effective at times. I used that the first two months but haven't needed to for over a year.

A number of years ago I called up NYRA Rewards (pre-NYRA Bets days) needing help to resolve an issue. The guy put me on hold for a little & then came back & gave me a phone number & told me to call that for further assistance. It turned out to be a phone sex line. If you're lonely maybe you'll be lucky enough to get connected to that role model of customer service.
