But wait, there’s more to that section and that makes all the difference. ....but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations.
So, Congress is completely within its rights, ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION to exercise oversight in Federal elections..
Why is this guy from Real Clear Politics really opposed to this legislation? Maybe it’s the provision that says any person knowingly making false accusations of election fraud is subject to fines up to $100,000 and prison up to five years.
Just another crime to charge Donald with. Of course we can’t do that due to the Constitutional prohibition on ExPost Facto laws.
