Even if you hate the Yankees you have to think this is cool on so many levels-look at how dressed up the fans are, up close to Mr George Herman, etc...

Now THAT was great to see.Must have been Opening Day given the size of that crowd, baseball until the expansion of the season to 162 games used to start in the middle of April.

Yeah, I never went to Old YS, went to the post 76 one. Much different. How far was it down the left field line?
