400 Afghan refugee families are coming to Worcester, Massachusetts for resettlement. Already have housing waiting for them.

Currently there are about 100 homeless veterans in the city with housing vouchers and on a waiting list for permanent housing. Some have been waiting for more than a year.

Whats wrong with this picture?
