I think it’s too early to assume Biden reaches that low on the totem pole. I certainly believe he will get there but it’s too soon to make your bold claim.

No. Even though the Constitution requires that the new president take an oath SCOTUS has declared that this is not absolutely necessary.

Great example of judicial activism (a/k/a judicial tyranny). I didn't know 9 unelected, unaccountable black robes were the law of the land. I thought the Constitution was.

You mean protect him from being dethroned.

He’s only 75 million people from being a Junta

So you've learned something new.

You didn't detect the sarcasm? (In case you're still slow on the uptake that was a rhetorical question.)

A three-in-one court system: Nine black robes interpret, apply and often make the laws they're interpreting and applying.

The Founding Fathers could have save a lot of time and ink by simply writing that the Supreme Court is the law of the land.

Looks much like the parade they just had in N Korea.
And Moscow on May 5th.
And Tiananmen Square.

All summer we heard there was no place for Nat Guard on our streets, and here we are now.....more troops here than in Iraq. But then, current IRAQI government is probably of much higher quality and honor than the Biden crew coming in.....
