A little help?

Anyone have a link to the Trakus section at NYRA?
I gotta, it is the second worst webpage I have ever seen.
How does anyone new find anything there - no rhyme nor reason to it.
Horrible site.

here is another question, at my house the internet is not so great, is there anyway to limit the bitrate on the video replays? I mean it unwatchable for me...yet on say TVG or other sites I have no problem as I can limit the stream rate.

does that carry through for everything though, from live feeds to video/pan replays?
