Thoughts and prayer for his recovery. It says he was shot in the ear, doesn't sound good. Also hope the perp resists arrest and gets killed in the process.
Can't see clearly but I will assume the perp is the type of hood rat that shoot people for felling disrespected, like when they get cold fries.

I have a feeling this dirt bag probably has a record that prohibits him from owning a weapon let alone carrying one concealed. Bring back stop and frisk, that will get guns, and felons off the street, plus saving lives. Also enforce
the gun laws on the books, no more suspended sentences and concurrent time.

Update an hour ago.....Timothy McKenze is expected to make a full recovery.
