So, how do you account for the rest of the lunatics in D.C.? I wish all of those folks were much better at being something that in some shape or form resembled a responsible congress person.

I mean she did lie about Cruz trying to kill her... and then the lie about "WHERE IS SHE" while hiding in the bathroom. I mean she was full a crap about it so where better to stage it then the Hillary's Secret Server Room.

The responsible congress has a 10% approval rating.

Congressional approval ratings are meaningless. Conservatives hate liberal members. Liberals hate conservative members. Funny thing is, for all that disapproval, incumbents win an overwhelming percentage of the time.

Why? Did Omar threaten the Speaker. Did she deny Newtown or Parkland? Does she think there are Kosher death rays in space?

She’s raised 300k in the last week.

As voters, we see our representative as a member of our tribe. This mess is not his or her fault. It’s only the other ones who are lousy, or the system that’s lousy. Voters, on average, gave their own representative a much more charitable 46% approval rating.


I would however trade Rep Jim McGovern, cash, and an intern to be named later in exchange For Marjorie Greene.

She won her district by 74% so I don’t doubt she has supporters. If I were a QAnon Krazy-anti-Semitic bigot I’d be sending her a check, as well.

if memory serves me, there was a book titled,"throw the bums out, but not our bum", which dealt with the phenomena of incumbents being re-elected 90% of the time.

Just so everyone is clear she was removed from certain committees within the house, she was not removed from the house. The Democrats haven't yet gotten the balls to flatly deny a duly elected member their house seat (but I'm sure it's coming)
