The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) and SNY today announced a partnership that will establish SNY as a new regional television home for elite thoroughbred racing from Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course.

Accordingly, SNY will present America’s Day at the Races and Saratoga Live on select weekends throughout the summer and into the fall. During that period, SNY will broadcast 15 weekends of live racing to viewers across the tri-state area.

Back in the 80's there was a half hour show with Charlsie Cantey & Frank Wright on Saturday evening 6:30....

They showed the feature 8Th race and the 9th....
I would go to OTB early in the day and bet those races and DD...

If you remember back then, the OTB had sound only

What happens on the non “select weekends”. ?

Of course Tom. We have a long term deal, I think we recently announced ten years, with FOX. SNY is going to show part of those shows on many weekend days through September. It's just more distribution.

We have always been on some other RSNs for at least part of our daily broadcasts.
