I've read ITT that the horse has already been entered back?? That's not good.

Pretty sure those entries were already taken before the race in question.

Entries for Friday were taken on Sunday, so it was after the race.

In general, a horse cannot be entered for more than one race at one time (at the same track anyways).

well the horse was 12-1 in a 5 horse field.
absolutely deserves NO scrutiny
But I do see he is entered for Friday
hopefully he gets scratched.

Joe Bravo on :3: Lone Scout in the 2nd on Sunday October 3. He managed to get the horse completely bottled up inside and had his foot on the brakes the first 4 furlongs of the race. He then got blocked AGAIN turning for home, and responded to this by swinging out and fouling a horse and getting his number taken down and placed next to last.

Really nice job, Joe!
