do they close at published post time? Is it their fault some tracks still have horses in the paddock getting saddled then?

no they leave the windows open an hope you will try and past post and then they freeze your account at least they did before the owner got ko d

Parx was running about 15 minutes behind published post times, which is usual for them, but an improvement over a couple years ago, they used to run 40 minutes late. Finger Lakes also had a long delay for a reason unknown to me, because I don't have the sound on when I'm playing.
