Shakedown for money because Lemon is a celebrity. If a gay dude did what was claimed to a heterosexual guy, he is getting punched, shoved, or yelled at, not sued.

For the record I do not believe in invading someone's personal space to protest their political views and that goes both ways. I remember when Crazy Maxine was advocating to harass Republicans in public. I think there might even be more to the story than trying to extort some cash from Lemon.

Kidding aside...This was a disgusting move and imagine if any male politician or reporter rubbed their nuts and thrust his hand into a womans face. What would the reaction?
