Question Regarding DM Race 3 Opening Day

Can someone explain to me how the #1 Velvet Mesquite is eligible for the conditions of race 3.

Purse $80,000. (Plus up to $24,000 to Cal-Breds) For Fillies And Mares
Three Years Old And Upward Which Have Never Won $10,000 Twice Other
Than Maiden, Claiming, Or Starter Or State Bred Or Which Have Not won
$50,000 Since September 1, 2013 Or Which Have Never Won Three Races
Or Claiming Price $62,500.

Velvet Mesquite has won an open NW1 and NW2, plus a CB NW1 and a CB MSW,
She has $146K in earnings this year and has 4 career wins.
Unless my drf PP's have an error in it I dont see her eligible.

Just noticed same applies to the #5 Biorhythm.

Any answers?

My take on it

Velvet Mesquite gets in under the first condition - non winner of $10,000 twice other than Maiden, Claiming, Or Starter Or State Bred

The Maiden win doesn't count
Jan 12 and Jun 20 wins do not count as they were optional claimers (even though this horse was not in for the tag)

If I am correct, it also explains Biorhythm, as the Maiden win and Mar 13 win would not count against...

I think her last race qualifies as a claiming race, as well as her winning effort on Jan 12 (which is also a cal bred race). So the only race that really counts is the NW1 on Apr 25

Jan 12th race doesn't count as it was a state bred race--never won $10k twice other than Maiden, Claiming or Starter or State Bred

They both get in under the "which have not won $50,000 since September 1, 2013"

You would have had to have won a non state bred race with a purse of about $83,335 or more since September 1 2013($50,000 or more to the winner) to be noneligible for this race.
